Prince Aha Stool by Kartell

Description

Is it a side table? A step stool? A seat? A giant, Persian-inspired chess piece intended to be arranged in multiples? Its creator Philippe Starck, whose work is featured in MoMA’s collection, designed the Prince Aha Stool to be all of these things and more. Whenever you need a small surface, this uniquely versatile, sturdy, 17″ high hourglass-shaped design will serve you faithfully.

Place the Prince Aha Stool beside the couch or the bed as a perch for drinks, vases, and even people. Or make a modernist sculpture by arranging and stacking a few of them mysteriously in the corner of your living space. The end caps are removable, creating concealed storage for blankets, remote controls, knickknacks or other small items that might normally clutter your living space. Made in Italy of durable polypropylene by Kartell, a manufacturer in MoMA’s collection, the Prince Aha Stool is available in Gray.
