We ship all orders from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. At this time, we only deliver to addresses within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after the package leaves our warehouse, depending on your location.
Shipping is free on every order. We do not charge any handling fees or surcharges.
We work with several major carriers, and the carrier assigned to your order depends on the package size and destination. All shipments include tracking. If there is a delay caused by the carrier or severe weather, delivery times may be longer than expected. We will do our best to keep you informed if we are aware of any significant delays.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not picked up, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs in that case may apply.
